Buckhead Medicine, formerly Buckhead Concierge Internal Medicine, was ready to expand their offerings by adding aesthetics services and in doing so wanted to rebrand a well-established practice without losing search engine optimization and reach new concierge patients, as well as, reach a new cosmetic audience. Intrepy Healthcare Marketing developed a marketing strategy to rebrand, create a new website, develop a comprehensive local SEO strategy and advertise to reach new, targeted local patients.

Responsive Web Design

Buckhead Medicine’s former website was antiquated, non-responsive on mobile and tablet devices and in need of a complete redesign. We created a modern, elegant website that brought a high-end, luxury feel to the concierge medicine and aesthetics practice.

Medical SEO

With any rebranding of a well-established practice, there is a concern about a dramatic loss in search results for the brand name and terms they have worked years to create and Buckhead Medicine was no different.  We assured them that this was an area of SEO that we excelled and thrived helping practice succeed at. Intrepy performed extensive keyword, brand and competitive research prior to the website design and rebranding to ensure short-term and long-term success. As a result of our on and off-page efforts in the first 90 days after the site launch, Buckhead Medicine not only made back up ground but finally hopped with local competition “Buckhead Internal Medicine” who had been in the market for 25+ years. Results: #1 & #2 for some of the most coveted search terms in greater Atlanta including: “concierge medicine atlanta”, “concierge doctor atlanta”, “best internal medicine doctors in atlanta” and more!

Business Listings

An essential part of every medical SEO strategy are third party listings citations. They are a minimum of business name, phone and address. Google utilizes this information to ensure that the brands and locations they deliver in search are accurate. They use over 100+ listings and reviews sites to gather this information. Intrepy claimed, verified, updated and unified all of the listings to reflect the new name and completed over 50+ listings sites they were not currently on. We then fixed errors, claimed more listings and continued to monitor search analytics on these sites. The result was a 157% increase in organic search traffic on their site monthly in the first 90 days.

Social Media

Social media is an essential part of a healthcare marketing strategy to grow a practice. We implemented a social media strategy to connect with new, local patients for concierge memberships and to promote new aesthetic treatments.

Digital Advertising

Intrepy, a digital advertising agency, developed a highly local social media advertising strategy to reach new, potential patients in a 15-mile radius of Buckhead Medicine. We developed a comprehensive patient “avatar” so we knew our exact target demographic and designed a custom Facebook advertising program to reach and convert them for aesthetic procedures and concierge memberships.
