The Problem

Horizon Primary Care, formerly Dr. Mark Brooks MD, was a 25 year old practice that had been leveraging the founding provider’s name but Dr. Brooks was ready to develop a more cohesive brand strategy that would connect with his evolving patient base.

We partnered with Horizon Primary Care to update their 25 year old brand from the main provider’s name to a more modern look and feel. We took that new brand and designed a new website and medical SEO strategy to launch and grow the new practice brand.

With any rebranding of a well-established practice, there is a concern about a dramatic loss in search results for the brand name and terms they have worked years to create, and Dr. Mark Brook’s new practice name Horizon Primary Care was no different.
